Dr. Michelle Solomon, O.D.
Dr. Michelle Solomon, a Richmond native, grew up in Midlothian, VA. She received an undergraduate degree from James Madison University with a B.S. in Health Sciences with a Biology minor. She completed her doctoral studies at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. In her time at ICO she was involved in several organizations which included American Optometric Student Association, National Optometric Student Association, Contact Lens Society, Tomb & Key Honor Society, Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society and a student member of the Virginia Optometric Association.
Dr. Solomon is dedicated to providing the best care possible to her patients. She is up to date with the latest developments in technology and advancements within the realm of Optometry. She is a current member of the following organizations:
- American Optometric Association
- Virginia Optometric Association
- Beta Sigma Kappa International Honor Society
- Tomb & Key Honor Society
In her spare time Dr. Solomon enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Amanda Paull, O.D., M.S.
A Richmond native, Dr. Paull grew up in Midlothian, Virginia. She completed her undergraduate degree at the College of William and Mary with a B.S. in Biology. She completed her masters and doctoral studies at the University of Alabama School of Optometry. She also completed an ocular disease residency at the Hampton Veterans Affairs Hospital in 2006. During college she serverd as Vice-President of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society. As a member ofthe Fellowship of Christian Optometrists, she traveled to Belize as a volunteer to provide eyeglasses for the poor. She has also participated in corneal stem cell research and published a scientific paper about her studies in 2005.
Dr. Paull remains dedicated to the development of new technology and treatments in optometry. Currently, she is involved in the following professional and civil organizations:
Dr. Paull also enjoys serving in her community as well, and she was awarded the President’s Appreciation Award for the Brandermill-Midlothian-Woodlake Lions club in 2008 and 2009.
Some of her hobbies include playing piano, ballroom dancing with her husband, and enjoying family time with their beautiful 4-year old daughter.
Dr. Vera Dham, O.D.
Dr. Vera Dham, a New York native, currently resides in Richmond, VA. She received her undergraduate B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Dham completed her doctoral studies at The Pennsylvania College of Optometry(PCO) in Pennsylvania. While a student at PCO, she also devoted her time as ateaching assistant in the clinical skills laboratory. During this time, Dr.Dham also interned at the Pentagon Hospital where she performed eye exams onactive duty members of the military. Also during this time, she was an active member of several organizations including the Virginia Optometric Society, the Richmond Optometric Society, and the National Optometric Student Association.
Dr. Dham is focused on providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages. She has a profound interest in Primary Care Optometry, Ocular Disease and Optometric Technology. She is currently a member of the Virginia Optometric Association as well as the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Dham has also devoted time to school screenings and health fair screenings for the Lions Club. When Dr. Dham is not working she can be found reading a good book, swimming, trying new restaurants, or traveling. She can also be located at the park with her two dogs, Soni and Rocky.

Sara is dedicated to customer service with a smile. You will find her answering the phones, scheduling exams, and verifying insurances. She has the patience of a saint and can sit on hold with an insurance company for hours to make sure that each patient gets the best benefits possible. When Sara is not helping at the office, she enjoys playing baseball with her husband and two boys.
Courtney is originally from Richmond, Virginia. She stays busy managing the many aspects of our practice and serves as the 'brain' of the office. She has over three years of optical experience and she is very knowledgeable about contact lenses, glasses, and ocular health. Courtney enjoys music, movies, and spending time with her husband and adorable children. She has a very friendly personality and loves working with patients!
